Yes, you will get a home loan for constructing a house, just as you would for buying an apartment or a villa. You can apply for a home loan from any leading bank in two ways – either before purchasing the property to construct the house OR after you purchase a plot in your name – depending upon what stage you are in. You can either get a complete home loan, which includes a plot purchase loan and a construction loan or an independent construction loan, both of which are considered to be home loans and eligible for tax benefit
Primarily the legal approval that is required for constructing a house is the approval that is taken from the local self government body, which is a Panchayath, Municipality or a Corporation as the case might be. It is decided based on the local body under which the property falls. The process is something like this – once you decide to construct a house, you get a floor plan designed using the services of an Architect. After the floor plan is finalized, you create technical drawings as per the standards set by the local body. You then apply for a building permit. There is a statutory process by which the building permit is issued and once the building permit is issued you are statutorily allowed to start the construction of the house. So it is a single step process which would involve verification of the plan as well as verification of property by authorities concerned.
The normal construction duration of a house is approximately 12-14 months. It does not necessarily mean that you would always require 12-14 months to construct the house. There is lot of buffer period provided, so that the common deterrents like labour problems, material non-availability, rains and strikes which actually effect construction in a site, are factored in. Considering all these factors, it appears that 12-14 months is a very good time under which a customer can expect the house construction to be completed. In specific cases where the customer requires the house to be constructed in a much faster period of time, it is very much possible.

Yes, distance is never a problem. You can still monitor daily activities and involve in onsite decision making through Video Call with TechoBuild Turnkey construction services. Additionally we will be sending Photos and Videos of the work in Progress.

Design in progress: This stage refers to the active design stage where you and your designer will finalise all the designs of your home. Before the final Sales Order is raised, any product in the tentative quotation can be replaced or removed. Should you choose to cancel the project at this point, you will receive no refund post 48 hours of making the booking. This fee will go towards your designer’s time and effort in making the initial pitch and quotations.
Sales order: This is the final order raised by your designer to send all your designs/ products/ services into execution. This will be raised post payment of 50% of your order value.
Manufacturing: This stage is after your final Sales Order is raised. All your products/ designs will go into manufacturing/purchasing . At this point, we cannot offer to cancel, replace or modify items.
Installation: This stage is after your products have been manufactured and/ or your products have been sourced and are ready for installation. At this point, TechoBuild cannot offer to cancel, replace or modify items, and the customer should honour the payment of the outstanding Sales Order.

The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account that you have provided.

Sorry, once the sales order is raised, TechoBuild cannot offer cancellation for your project. Our backend teams would already have begun the sourcing and manufacturing of your order, and thus at this point, we request you to honour the order and make the balance payment as required.

Our interior services encompass a wide range, including space planning, design conceptualization, material selection, furniture design, execution, and project management.
After the design consultation, if you're satisfied and wish to proceed, you can confirm your booking by paying the booking amount. This confirms your commitment to our services and allows us to initiate the interior design process for your home.
Once the designs are finalized by the client, it takes about 35–40 working days to complete and hand over a project. You will be receiving regular updates via WhatsApp or email regarding your home interior design & execution, all the way up to handover.
Yes we work both interior projects.
Cost of your interior project will depend on the size, requirements, facilities, taste and preferences. Get in touch with our client relations team to discuss and propose an interior project as per the budget and requirements.
You don’t need to personally oversee the project execution, when you work with a reputable interior design company like TechoBuild. Clients just need to verify and approve the drawings, sizes, colors, materials and design styles provided by our interior designers. Our team of interior designers and execution specialists will look after your project from start to handover.
Yes, we ensure lifetime support after completion of a project. Just give us a call at +91 977 475 2222, and we will send our service team to resolve the issues at the earliest. We offer a warranty of 10 years on wood work materials. This warranty covers manufacturing defects if any.
